Bitsight is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next phase of its data and product experience through AI-powered solutions. You will own end-to-end design in greenfield and evolving areas, guiding how design takes shape across the organization.

You will navigate ambiguity, drive the end-to-end process, and collaborate with product teams to deliver impactful, data-driven experiences for Bitsight's customers worldwide.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of product design experience with ownership on shipped products.
• A strong portfolio showing craft and problem-solving with measurable impact.

• Experience with complex, data-rich products and a design system.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help us shape our next phase of our journey where we reimagine how users experience Bitsight's data and product through the integration of innovative AI solutions .

In this pivotal role, we're looking for someone who navigates greenfield areas with comfort and ambiguity . You will take full design ownership of key product areas, drive the end-to-end process, and influence how design takes shape in the overall organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process for your product areas , from problem discovery and research through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.
• Work across multiple product areas and balance shifting priorities while making informed decisions and moving quickly. We balance long-term vision with fast-paced execution.
• Lead your own research by talking to users and Customers and shape what we build as much as how it looks in collaboration with Product.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0 to prototype, test, and gather feedback on ideas early and quickly.
• Contribute to and extend our design system , raising consistency and elevating our craft across the product.
• Help evolve and shape how we design for AI-powered features and how users take advantage of Bitsight's data.
• Give and seek design critique, helping lift the quality of work across the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product design experience , with a track record of senior-level ownership on shipped products.
• A strong portfolio showing both craft (interaction and visual design) and problem-solving skills such as problem framing, process, and measurable impact.
• Experience designing AI-powered features or agentic workflows , designing for probabilistic or uncertain model outputs, or prototyping with AI tools.
• Experience working with complex, data-rich, or analytical products , and working hands-on with a design system.
• A fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and who adapts well . You'll often be in greenfield areas, and the ability to move forward while building knowledge is key.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity , or related B2B enterprise domains.
• Experience helping build or scale a design system from the ground up.
