Bitsight, a leader in cyber risk intelligence, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape AI-powered Third-Party Risk Management products. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM to take ideas from concept to launch.

You will leverage AI to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and translate insights into actionable guidance for customers across complex supply chains.

Qualificações

• Experience building AI-powered products or integrating generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation.
• Ability to use AI to enhance product management practice.
• Builder’s mindset with curiosity and customer feedback.
• Experience designing or managing products that surface insights and guide action.
• Experience building and launching successful B2B products; GRC or analytics-driven enterprise software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business goals.
• Lead continuous product discovery by identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, and rapidly testing hypotheses.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to bring products from concept to launch, and drive successful customer adoption.
• Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle—from customer research and synthesis to prototyping, prioritization, and product delivery—to accelerate outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and harmonized data models to reduce customer effort and enable more intelligent risk management workflows.
• Define success metrics, measure customer outcomes, and use data to continuously improve the product.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define the future of AI-powered Third-Party Risk Management.

The Role

This role combines end-to-end product ownership with continuous innovation. You’ll balance executing roadmap deliverables with discovering tomorrow’s opportunities through exploring how AI can fundamentally improve the way organizations assess and manage third-party risk.

Own strategic capabilities across Bitsight’s Third-Party Risk Management platform, spanning vendor onboarding, assessments, continuous monitoring, and intelligent workflow automation.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Experience building AI-powered products or integrating generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation into customer experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to enhance your own product management practice
• A builder’s mindset—you enjoy exploring emerging technologies, experimenting with new ideas, and learning quickly through customer feedback.
• Experience designing or managing products that surface insights and guide action (not just dashboards).
• Experience building and launching successful B2B products; experience in GRC, Third-Party Risk Management, or analytics-driven enterprise software is a plus.

The compensation elements outlined below represent a good faith estimate effective as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. The total rewards package for this position includes:

• 50,000 - 80,000 EUR Annual
• Allowance - Meal Allowance, 9.60 EUR Daily: Individual Target
• Bonus - Corporate Bonus Plan, 7.5% Annual
• Stock - New Hire Stock Plan, 560 Annual
