PrimeIT seeks a Product Owner/Business Analyst to maximize customer value by guiding the definition, design, and implementation of HRIS solutions. You will be the voice of the customer, balancing requirements with resources, deadlines, and compliance.

You will manage the backlog, clarify user stories, support decision making, and coordinate testing, training, and reporting with sponsors and IT teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualificações

• Information Technology knowledge applied to HRIS contexts.
• Experience or exposure to HR rewards programs.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the product vision and translate it into a clear backlog and requirements.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders, highlighting risks and recommendations.
• Ensure reliable reporting and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
