Grid Dynamics is seeking an engineer with strong Platform Engineering and backend microservices experience. You will design, build, and deploy scalable microservices on Kubernetes, while ensuring secure API design and distributed system resilience.

The role focuses on REST/gRPC APIs, cloud-native deployments, and close collaboration with data teams to enable robust data pipelines and processing workflows.

Qualificações

• Proficient Python with production-grade backend code experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native tooling for large-scale deployments.
• Strong understanding of distributed system design and data management.
• Experience designing REST and gRPC APIs with modern identity standards (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT).
• Familiar with fault tolerance, performance tuning, and data pipeline integration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Kubernetes and containerized workflows.
• Develop clean, secure REST and gRPC APIs with distributed backend systems integration.
• Implement robust authentication/authorization with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT.
• Architect systems for high availability, performance, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with data teams to align backend services with data pipelines and processing.
