Opplane is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to own delivery tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms. You will mentor engineers, work with SRE on availability, and drive standards for Pipelines and IaC across AWS.

You’ll implement GitLab CI/CD, container platforms on Kubernetes, and secure pipelines with image and secret management, while fostering developer enablement and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Hands-on with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and secrets management.
• Experience with GitOps approaches for Kubernetes deployments.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes core objects and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Docker and container security basics.
• Proven IaC experience using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Strong AWS background.
• Scripting in Python or Bash for internal tooling.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Multiple years in DevOps/platform roles with leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices and GitOps deployments.
• Deploy and operate containerized apps on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Provision and maintain cloud infra using Terraform or AWS CDK; build reusable modules.
• Support development teams with environment setup and delivery patterns.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting aligned to SRE standards.
• Manage secrets, access and image security across pipelines and clusters.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and raise the team’s baseline.
