Apex Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Consultant for Corporate Solutions Payroll to support monthly payroll runs, month-end reporting, and tax obligations for Portuguese companies. You will guide junior consultants and ensure accurate payroll processing within a global team.

The role offers a hybrid working model with potential for professional development and exposure to cross-jurisdictional payroll projects across our expanding global business.

Qualificações

• University degree in finance or HR management.
• Experience with Portuguese labour and tax law.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and review payroll processing for several companies.
• Support junior consultants on their tasks.
• Produce monthly reports.
• Prepare annual payroll obligations.
• Prepare tax payroll returns.
• Onboard and set up admissions and/or leavers.
• Maintain client relationships with stakeholders.

Conhecimentos

Fluent English

Advanced Excel

Payroll experience

Portuguese payroll knowledge

Formação académica

University degree in finance or human resource management
