Job summary

Decskill is seeking Senior OutSystems Engineers to join our growing IT consulting team in Portugal. You will develop solutions using OutSystems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-performance applications designed to scale for thousands of users.

You will work within an environment that values best practices (TDD/BDD), code reviews, and automation, while gathering user feedback to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or other STEM field.
• At least 2 years of OutSystems development experience with relevant certifications.
• More than 4 years in software development overall.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of database modelling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, software design and web app performance.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English (written and spoken).
• Customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously.
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions following OutSystems best practices and ensure performance and user adoption.
