Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing and seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a hybrid project based in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra or Viseu. You will work on securing industrial/OT product environments, applying IEC 62443 controls and SDLC best practices.

You will engage with clients, conduct threat modeling, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure data protection and encryption measures while maintaining a strong client-facing presence.

We would like to meet a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a hybrid project based in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra or Viseu.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the full product security lifecycle (requirements design implementation acceptance/integration testing)
• Practical implementation of IEC 62443 controls in industrial/OT product environments
• Strong command of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices
• Ability to conduct threat modeling at the design stage
• Knowledge of data protection and encryption mechanisms in product/OT contexts
• Experience with vulnerability management processes
• Experience in security operations
• Hands‑on expertise applying IEC 62443 standard controls to industrial/OT systems
• Strong working knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
• Client‑facing capability (direct client relationship)
• Able to engage directly with the client's cybersecurity POC (Point of Contact)
• Fluency in English.
