Decskill, part of the Astek Group, seeks a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a hybrid project in Coimbra, Porto, Lisboa or Viseu. You will apply IEC 62443 controls to OT environments, lead threat modeling, and ensure secure SDLC practices while engaging directly with client cybersecurity points of contact.

The role emphasizes hands-on security operations, risk assessment, and strong English communication in an international context with long-term career growth.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of the full product security lifecycle (requirements → design → implementation → acceptance/integration testing).
• Practical implementation of IEC 62443 controls in industrial/OT product environments.
• Strong command of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices.
• Ability to conduct threat modeling at the design stage.
• Knowledge of data protection and encryption mechanisms in product/OT contexts.
• Experience with vulnerability management processes.
• Experience in security operations.
• Hands-on expertise applying IEC 62443 standard controls to industrial/OT systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Client-facing capability (direct client relationship).
• Able to engage directly with the client\'s cybersecurity POC (Point of Contact).
• Fluency in English.
