Decskill, an IT consulting company, is growing and seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a hybrid project based in Porto, Viseu, Coimbra or Lisboa. You will work with industrial/OT environments and help implement security controls.

The role requires knowledge of IEC 62443, SDLC, threat modeling, data protection, and encryption, plus client-facing capabilities to engage with the client's cybersecurity POC.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing IEC 62443 controls in industrial/OT environments.
• Strong SDLC and secure coding practices.
• Ability to conduct threat modeling at the design stage.
• Knowledge of data protection and encryption in OT contexts.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security operations.
• Direct client relationship and POC engagement.
• Fluency in English.

We would like to meet a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a hybrid project based in Porto, Viseu, Coimbra or Lisboa.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the full product security lifecycle (requirements → design → implementation → acceptance/integration testing)
• Practical implementation of IEC 62443 controls in industrial/OT product environments
• Strong command of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices
• Ability to conduct threat modeling at the design stage
• Knowledge of data protection and encryption mechanisms in product/OT contexts
• Experience with vulnerability management processes
• Experience in security operations
• Hands‑on expertise applying IEC 62443 standard controls to industrial/OT systems
• Strong working knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology
• Client‑facing capability (direct client relationship)
• Able to engage directly with the client's cybersecurity POC (Point of Contact)
• Fluency in English.
