Match Profiler is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity professional to join our internal team or client environments on a hybrid model across Lisboa, Porto or Coimbra. The role focuses on securing industrial/OT products through lifecycle security, IEC 62443 practices, and secure coding in collaboration with client POCs.

You will drive vulnerability management, data protection, and security operations with a proactive, communicative team.

Qualificações

• Six-plus years of cyber security experience, including client-facing engagements.
• Product security lifecycle experience across design to testing.
• Hands-on IEC 62443 implementation in industrial/OT environments.
• Experience embedding security into the SDLC and secure coding practices.
• Experience implementing data protection and encryption in product/OT contexts.
• Hands-on vulnerability management and security operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proactive time management.

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Senior OT Cybersecurity - Hybrid (3 days/week - Lisboa, Porto or Coimbra)

Requirements

• At least 6 years Cyber Security experience (client-facing, able to engage directly with the client's cybersecurity POC)
• Product security lifecycle experience — has been embedded across the full development cycle (requirements definition → design → implementation → acceptance/integration testing), not limited to point-in-time assessments
• IEC 62443 hands-on implementation — practical experience implementing IEC 62443 controls in industrial/OT product environments, not just familiarity with the standard
• Secure development lifecycle (SDLC) & secure coding — experience embedding security into the SDLC, including secure coding practices and threat modeling at the design stage
• Data protection & encryption — practical experience implementing data protection and encryption mechanisms within product/OT contexts
• Vulnerability management & security operations — hands-on experience running vulnerability management processes and security operations, not only advisory input
