We Are META in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Oracle DBA to join our team as a consultant, supporting Oracle databases including ExaCC/Exadata and RAC/Data Guard environments.

The role requires 5–10 years in Oracle DBA, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and experience with RMAN, OEM, and ZFS/ZDLRA. Hybrid working model in Lisbon with two days on-site per week.

Qualificações

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Database Administrator with Oracle (ExaCC / Exadata).
• Deep command of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and OEM; strong SQL and PL/SQL scripting; exposure to ZFS and ZDLRA is a plus.
• Experience with Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, or Azure Synapse welcomed; familiarity with Oracle SQL Developer and Toad for Oracle.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Database Administrator, with experience in Oracle (ExaCC / Exadata)
• Deep command of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and OEM, plus strong SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills; hands-on exposure to ZFS and ZDLRA a strong plus
• Working knowledge of Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, or Azure Synapse welcomed; proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer and/or Toad for Oracle expected
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Availability for Hybrid model (2x a week in Lisbon)
• Candidate has to be based in Lisbon with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
