Thales Group in Portugal is looking for a Senior Offensive Security Auditor to lead hands-on security assessments, penetration tests, red team simulations and vulnerability validation.

You will define scope, deliver complex engagements, collaborate with SOC, DFIR, Threat Hunting and Security Engineering teams, and present clear remediation guidance to technical and business stakeholders, acting as the Portugal reference for offensive security.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming or security auditing.
• Hands-on experience in web app/API security testing, infrastructure/network testing, cloud security assessments.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment, exploitation and security validation; adversary simulation and red team activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver complex penetration testing, red team, adversary simulation and security assessment engagements.
• Define scope, testing approaches and methodologies for offensive security engagements.
• Perform hands-on testing across web applications, APIs, infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, exploitation and security validation activities.
• Develop and execute adversary emulation and red team scenarios based on real-world attack techniques.
• Collaborate with SOC, DFIR, Threat Hunting and Threat Intelligence teams to provide offensive security expertise.
• Identify, assess and communicate security risks; translate findings into actionable remediation recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a technical reference for offensive security activities in Portugal; support quality and improvement of local engagements.
• Contribute to development and improvement of methodologies, playbooks, testing procedures and reporting standards.
• Share knowledge with other members of the offensive security team.
