Thales Group is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to conduct penetration tests across web, network, cloud, and AD environments, and to support incident response activities. You will prepare detailed reports with actionable remediation and collaborate with DFIR, SOC, and security engineering to strengthen detections.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in offensive security, strong hands-on testing skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security roles.
• Hands-on experience in web/API security testing, network and infrastructure assessments, cloud security testing, and Active Directory security.
• Experience supporting incident response (DFIR) teams and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct web, network, cloud, and Active Directory penetration tests using modern offensive security techniques.
• Support incident response engagements including forensic analysis, threat hunting, containment validation, and activity reconstruction.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries with actionable remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with blue team, DFIR, SOC, and security engineering teams to improve detection capabilities.
• Contribute to strengthening cybersecurity resilience through proactive testing and analysis.
