much. Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Odoo Consultant to drive end-to-end ERP projects across international clients. You will own streams, architect processes, and translate business needs into technical specs.

You will work with a high-caliber team, engage C-level stakeholders, and enjoy a flexible working model with strong learning curves and impactful projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related analytical field.
• 4+ years of hands-on IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management experience.
• A razor-sharp analytical mind and passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• English and Spanish at C2 level or native level are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Architect complex IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Build out feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that steer development and ensure project success.
• Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Act as the vital link between clients and our engineering team, translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Take on an expert role in Finance, Operations, Logistics, or HR to ensure elite-standard delivery.

Requirements

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: >4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2 or native level of English and Spanish.
