much. Consulting, based in Portugal, is seeking an Odoo Consultant to tackle end-to-end ERP projects within our international business unit. Join a fast-growing team that builds, automates, and transforms client businesses.

You will own streams, analyse architectures, and prepare ROI analyses while engaging C-level stakeholders. English and Spanish are required; prior ERP/IT consulting experience is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Analyse complex IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to guide development and ensure project success.
• Prepare compelling pitches and lead workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge the gap between clients and engineering teams by translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field or scale as a generalist on the management track.

• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Expert Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field, or scale your impact as a generalist on the management track.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor-sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2 or native level of English and Spanish.
