much. Consulting is Europe’s fast-growing Odoo Gold Partner, delivering ERP implementations and IT transformations. We are seeking a driven Senior Odoo Consultant to join our International Business Unit and solve real business challenges, not just present slides.

You will own end-to-end ERP projects, architect future-ready processes, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specs. You’ll lead C-level workshops and bridge clients with our engineering team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management.
• Analytical mind with ability to grasp complex systems quickly.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C2 or native).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end ERP projects and independent sub-projects within large-scale IT transformations.
• Architect IT architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Build feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that steer development and ensure project success.
• Prepare pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge between clients and engineering translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Lead expert delivery in Finance, Operations, Logistics, or HR.
