Greenvolt Next is seeking a Senior O&M Technician to ensure optimal performance and reliability of utility-scale solar assets. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee subcontractors and support commissioning, serving as a key operational contact for assets and clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PV O&M, an electrical engineering background, and strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work arrangement with health benefits and 25 days holidays.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of solar PV systems.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, including modules, inverters and associated equipment.

As a Senior O&M Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability and availability of utility-scale and strategic solar PV assets. You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee subcontractors, support commissioning processes and act as a key operational point of contact for assigned assets and clients.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems
• Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, including modules, inverters and associated equipment
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and external partners
