A Greenvolt procura um(a) Associate de Asset Management para apoiar a gestão, otimização e criação de valor de ativos de energia renovável. Terá responsabilidade em monitorizar desempenho técnico e financeiro, supervisionar O&M e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.

Com 5+ anos de experiência, conhecimento de mercados energéticos e fluência em inglês, integrará uma equipa dinâmica em regime híbrido em Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 5 anos em energia renovável, gestão de ativos, gestão de projetos ou área relacionada.
• Conhecimento de mercados de energia, PPAs e ativos renováveis é valorizado.
• Alta capacidade analítica, resolução de problemas e autonomia para gerir stakeholders.
• Inglês fluente; espanhol é considerado um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorizar e analisar o desempenho técnico, operacional e financeiro de ativos de energia renovável.
• Supervisionar atividades de O&M preventivas e corretivas.
• Identificar oportunidades de otimização para maximizar o valor e a rentabilidade dos ativos.
• Conduzir previsões e análises de investimento para apoiar decisões.
• Gerir relações comerciais e contratuais com contrapartes chave.
• Acompanhar fluxos de receita, custos operacionais e orçamentos dos ativos.
• Avaliar riscos técnicos, comerciais e financeiros e propor mitigação.

Descrição do cargo To contribute to the continued growth of Asset Management activities across the Group, Greenvolt is looking for a Technical Asset Management Associate to support the management, optimisation and value creation of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, combining technical, operational and financial analysis.

Activities to be developed:

• Monitor and analyse the technical, operational and financial performance of renewable energy assets
• Supervise preventive and corrective O&M activities
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support initiatives to maximise asset value and profitability
• Perform forecasting andinvestment analysis to support decision‐making
• Manage commercialand contractual relationships with key counterparties
• Monitor revenue streams, operational costs and asset budgets
• Assess technical,commercial and financial risks and propose mitigation measures
• Ensure assets comply with applicable HSE, ESG and Group policies
• Prepare performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal Group departments, including development, construction, procurement, risk, sustainability and finance, throughout the asset lifecycle

Profile

• Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, asset management, project management, operation & maintenance or a related field
• Experience in asset performance analysis and investment evaluation
• Knowledge of energy markets, PPAs and renewable energy assets is valued
• Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills
• High level of autonomy,accountability and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communicationand teamwork skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Driving licence and availability to travel from time to time
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Spanish is considered aplus
