Qualifications

• Master's degree and 8+ years IT experience.
• Hands-on Cisco Nexus/NX-OS and IOS/IOS-XE experience.
• Experience with switch upgrades/replacements.
• Knowledge of Catalyst Center and Cisco Wireless.
• Experience NAC, 802.1X, RADIUS and ISE.
• Strong ops, change management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot the network across wired, wireless, access and core.
• Resolve NAC and authentication-related incidents.
• Lead replacement of legacy switches with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS.
• Support deployment of new Cisco wireless, NAC and Catalyst Center.
• Plan and execute changes with stability.
• Improve monitoring, observability, configuration management, and automation.
• Maintain runbooks and technical documentation.
