A2IT Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to join a team responsible for administering and operating enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructure for high-availability environments in Portugal. The role includes configuring Extreme Networks switching platforms, Aruba Wireless/Aruba Central, VLANs, QoS, 802.1X, and security best practices, with emphasis on automation and documentation.

• At least 4 years of proven experience managing enterprise network infrastructures.
• Strong troubleshooting and complex incident analysis skills.
• Experience in mission-critical or large-scale environments.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise wireless technologies.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work in demanding operational environments.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, operate, and maintain enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructures.
• Administer and support Extreme Networks Switching platforms.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central solutions.
• Implement VLANs, Routing, QoS, and network segmentation policies.
• Proactively monitor network infrastructure and analyze performance.
• Resolve critical incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting in high-availability environments.
• Manage redundancy, high availability, and business continuity solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Systems, Security, and Operations teams.
• Automate network tasks and operational processes.
