KCS IT, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Senior .NET developer with WPF expertise for a hybrid role. You will work on REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems, leveraging C#/.NET Core, SQL DBs, and CI/CD. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira and SOLID practices is required.

Portuguese and English language skills are essential for collaboration across teams. The position is located in Lisbon with a hybrid work model; candidates must already reside in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5 years of professional experience with .NET / C# development.
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience with WPF.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed applications.
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for task and sprint management.
• Understanding of SOLID, design patterns, clean code and unit testing.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms for APIs.
• Experience with automated testing and tools such as xUnit, NUnit or MSTest is valued.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Fluent in English (B1).
