ADENTIS is seeking a senior software professional to join our People First team in Portugal. You will design and implement cloud-native solutions using NET Core, event-driven patterns, and Kubernetes orchestration. The role emphasizes observability, scalable data architectures, and modern AI tooling to streamline development.

• This role requires senior experience in software development with cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in NET Core APIs, background services, and dependencies.
• Experience designing event-driven and data-driven architectures in cloud environments with Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of messaging and streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in observability, including logging, metrics and tracing.
• Experience in database modelling and optimization.
• Familiarity with LLMs: prompting, RAG, context management, tools and agents.
• Ability to use AI tools for automation, code generation and review.
• Knowledge of React in a full-stack context is a plus.

You must have:

• Senior experience in .
• NET Core, including APIs, background services and dependencies
• Experience designing and implementing solutions with event-driven and data-driven architectures in cloud environments with Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong knowledge of messaging and streaming systems (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalents)
• Experience in observability: structured logging, metrics and distributed tracing
• Experience in database modelling, optimisation and management
• Practical knowledge of LLMs: prompting, RAG, context management, agents, tools and MCPs
• Effective use of AI tools in the workflow - task automation, code generation and review
• Knowledge of React in a full-stack context is a plus
• Work model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
