Human Profiler is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join its IT outsourcing team in the Lisbon area. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET/C#, and build modern UIs with React while integrating REST APIs and LLMs into business applications.

Requirements include 6+ years of .NET/C# experience, React, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), and fluent Portuguese with English at B2+ level. On-site three days per week in the Greater Lisbon area is preferred.

We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to our team.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET / C#.
• Build modern and responsive user interfaces with React.
• Design and integrate REST APIs with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Ensure high standards of software quality, security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience developing applications with .NET / C#.
• Proven professional experience with React.
• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications.
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs in enterprise environments.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, not just consuming existing ones.
• Based in the Greater Lisbon area, or available to work on-site three days per week.
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).

Nice to Have

• Experience developing AI agents, including tool calling, orchestration, and memory
• Experience with Semantic Kernel or Microsoft.Extensions.AI.
• Experience using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
• Experience with AI quality evaluation, including prompt testing, evaluation frameworks (evals), and observability.
• Experience building AI solutions that process personal or sensitive data.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, the salary range for this position is €25,000 to €42,000 gross per annum, depending on the candidate's level of seniority.
