Enhesa is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team of engineers building modern SaaS applications for a global customer base including Fortune 500 companies. You will champion best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to accelerate SaaS excellence.

We prioritize people and invest in growth. You will drive technical decisions, define SRE standards, and contribute to AI tool adoption (Claude Code) across engineering.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience with .NET C# in a production environment.
• Experience applying microservice architectures with multiple patterns and tradeoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Writes clean, maintainable code and uses AI tools to assist;
• Delivers high-quality software as part of a development team.
• Develops deep understanding of the codebase and writes comprehensive reviews.
• Ensures documentation exists for critical systems and writes guides.
