Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior software engineer to join our team in Portugal. You will drive the full software development lifecycle, translating complex regulatory and financial workflows into robust data and scripts while delivering high-performing solutions.

Work with cross-functional Agile teams, focus on Murex regulatory IT, and communicate in English within an international environment. Hybrid work model and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML), Shell Scripting, SQL (Oracle)/PL SQL, XSLT/XML/HTML, SOAP, Python, and GIT.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) essential for international teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Translate regulatory requirements and financial workflows into robust data and scripts.
• Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams to implement features.
• Address database and integration challenges, especially with Murex platforms.
