Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior software or ML engineering focused on production systems.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript for ML workflows.
• Experience with retrieval systems and vector databases.
• Skilled in ML evaluation, AB testing, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design ML platform components for agentic systems and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement RAG data sourcing, embeddings, and runtime retrieval.
• Build evaluation frameworks with offline metrics and monitoring.
• Collaborate with backend to productionize ML features.
• Ensure secure handling of data in ML workflows.
• Iterate Nova agent framework improvements with Mastra/TypeScript.
