Decskill is growing and hiring a Senior Mendix Developer to design and deliver enterprise applications from Lisbon. Join a people-focused IT consultancy with a hybrid setup in Lisbon, enabling one day per the office.

You will lead Mendix architecture initiatives, integrate with enterprise systems, APIs and cloud services, and mentor development teams in an Agile environment, contributing to long-term client success.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience in Mendix development, designing and delivering complex enterprise applications.
• Strong Mendix architecture expertise, including domain models, microflows, security and architecture.
• Experience defining solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
• Strong experience integrating Mendix with enterprise systems, APIs, databases and cloud services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Experience with application performance optimisation, scalability, security and resilience.
• Experience with code reviews, development standards and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD and application lifecycle management.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong documentation skills, including architecture and technical decisions.
• Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon – 1 day per week at the office.
