Quadrante is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Industrial HVAC in Porto to lead high-impact building HVAC projects. You will design robust systems, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and drive project delivery from concept to completion.

You will mentor teams, develop tools and best practices to improve productivity, collaborate with international stakeholders, and contribute to sustainable infrastructure across energy, engineering and consulting.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• English proficiency is mandatory for international projects.
• 10+ years of professional experience in HVAC project development is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Develop HVAC projects ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Design efficient, robust, and optimized technical solutions.
• Ensure deadlines and milestones are met for each project.
• Plan work activities and monitor team productivity for high efficiency.
• Mentor assigned teams and foster technical development.
• Develop tools, methodologies and best practices to improve productivity.
