Emma Sleep is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead Mattress and Bed categories for the French Market in the DTC channel, based in Lisbon. You will shape the long-term portfolio, pricing, and positioning while aligning with Ecommerce, Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain across the product lifecycle.

You will drive category initiatives, leverage market insights for growth, and ensure clear communication of value across touchpoints.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, RGM, Key Account Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
• Deep understanding of pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management to enable data-driven decisions.
• Ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.
• Experience in fast-scaling environments and ability to adapt quickly.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Mattress & Bed categories by defining long-term strategy, portfolio, pricing, and positioning.
• Coordinate product launches, phase-ins/outs, and lifecycle optimization.
• Develop pricing strategies to strengthen competitiveness and maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, customer service, and supply chain for product success.
• Translate USPs into compelling product communication across webshop and channels.
• Monitor performance using sales data and market insights for improvements.
• Track market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Own product knowledge bases and lead strategic category projects.
