Keenfinity Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to strengthen the KEENFINITY brand and drive growth through strategic B2B marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.

You will translate complex technical information into clear B2B content, develop case studies, and lead LinkedIn-driven campaigns while collaborating with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The role combines branding, content, and performance marketing in an industrial technology context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Brand Management or Marketing Communications.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, electronics or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Experience with digital marketing, branding and content development.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and brand activities to strengthen KEENFINITY’s positioning.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives targeting key decision-makers.
• Translate complex business and technical information into clear B2B content.

Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening the KEENFINITY brand, supporting business growth and increasing market visibility through strategic B2B marketing initiatives.

You will support Marketing & Brand activities across digital and offline channels, bringing expertise, best practices and market insights to strengthen KEENFINITY’s positioning and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Brand

• Support the development of KEENFINITY brand positioning.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking.
• Ensure consistent application of the KEENFINITY brand across all channels and materials.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives targeting key decision-makers.
• Contribute marketing expertise to customer-facing messaging and content, ensuring clear and compelling communication of the KEENFINITY value proposition.
• Translate complex business and technical information into relevant B2B content tailored to different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
• Develop customer success stories, case studies and other marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Drive B2B digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, content planning and lead generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital performance, engagement and business growth through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field. Technical understanding is considered an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Brand Management or Marketing Communications.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, electronics or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Experience with digital marketing, branding and content development.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Expertise in B2B marketing and customer-centric communication.
• Strong understanding of industrial customers, their decision-making processes and communication needs.
• Strong knowledge of branding, positioning and market differentiation.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of website management, LinkedIn and digital marketing channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of marketing analytics, SEO and digital performance.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Additional Information

Keenfinity Salary Range

Annual Gross Salary of 35 000 - 39 200 € (depending on experience) + equity
