adidas Group in Porto is seeking a Senior Manager GBS HR Services Workforce Administration to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle services from hiring to offboarding, ensuring compliant, timely and employee‑focused delivery.

You will build a high‑performing, multi‑level Workforce Administration team, partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Legal, drive process improvement, data quality and governance across global and local processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations/Services.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong English business communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Workforce Administration services from hiring to offboarding.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and positive employee experience.
• Lead a multi-level Workforce Administration organization.
• Represent HR Services in regional/global forums and drive improvements.
