Job summary

Bosch eBike Systems in Portugal seeks a senior engineering leader to drive hardware and sensor development for next-gen eBike drives. You will lead engineering teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while applying BES PE methods.

As part of the role, you will foster collaboration across international teams, manage interfaces to production, and contribute to organizational growth and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware and software engineering teams.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize complex projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary leadership of Engineering Hardware and Sensor Systems.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional project teams in product development.
• Plan and control hardware and sensor projects, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Apply development and problem-solving methods (BES PE) to projects.
• Establish cross-domain functional excellence areas and interface with EB HQ and components domains.
