Utopia Design is seeking dynamic Structural Design Engineers to support the ongoing development of luxury hospitality projects worldwide, including boutique hotels and villas. You will work independently, coordinate with the team, and deliver weekly intermediate results, reporting to a Structural Design Manager and collaborating with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers and clients.

The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree with a structural specialization, 5–8 years’

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years in structural design consultancy or general contractor.
• Experience in high-end hospitality projects (hotels, villas).
• Proven seismic design and earthquake-resistant structures experience.
• Strong background in structural detailing and construction drawings development.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Professional English, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural design development for luxury villas and boutique hotels.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers and clients.
• Produce intermediate results weekly and develop detailed drawings with CAD/BIM tools.
• Perform structural analysis, load calculations and seismic design as required.
• Oversee material selection, detailing, and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with BIM modelers to integrate structural elements into the design intent.
