Utopia Design is seeking dynamic Structural Design Engineers to support design development of luxury hospitality villas and hotels worldwide. You will lead structural design from concept through construction detailing, ensuring safety and seismic standards are upheld while preserving architectural vision.

Collaborating with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and the FF&E team, you will produce thorough drawings and specifications, guiding materials and detailing for cost,

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• 6–10 years of structural design experience.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Proven expertise in seismic design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Professional-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Design structural systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local codes, seismic regulations, and international standards.
• Coordinate with architecture, interiors, and MEP through close cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Produce detailed structural drawings, technical documentation, and construction specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and seismic design to optimize safety and performance.
• Review and approve deliverables from third-party structural consultants and geotechnical engineers.
• Track emerging structural technologies and seismic design trends relevant to high-end hospitality construction.
