Utopia Design seeks a technically strong architect to join our design team, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will translate the design intent into fully coordinated, buildable documentation across design stages, with emphasis on technical development from RIBA 3 through construction.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Enscape plus a solid understanding of BIM coordination are essential.

Qualificações

• Architecture degree is required (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 5–10 years of architectural design experience.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM / Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Support BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.
