Utopia Design seeks an experienced AV & BMS Design Engineer to drive design development for luxury villa and boutique hotel projects worldwide. You will deliver innovative engineering solutions while maintaining the aesthetic, quality, and performance expected in luxury developments.

You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and client representatives, leading system design, CAD drawings, and BIM coordination to ensure compliance, sustainability, and high-end user experience

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with AV/BMS concentration.
4–10 years of experience in design consultancy or general contracting.
Experience on hospitality projects and KNX is desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and professional English level.

Responsabilidades

Design AV & BMS engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring codes and client requirements.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly.
Lead detailed drawings, technical documentation, and specifications using CAD with BIM support.
Perform market research for updated features and equipment and support value engineering.
