Fashion Clinic in Almancil, Algarve is seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant with a track record in luxury retail. You will deliver a tailored, high-touch shopping experience, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales in line with our standards.

The role emphasizes clienteling, strong product knowledge, and impeccable service. Fluent English and Portuguese are required, with additional languages considered a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Algarve.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales.
• Strong clienteling skills and an established client network.
• Passionate about fashion and luxury lifestyle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; other languages a plus.
• Professional appearance and polished manners.
• Sales-driven with proactive attitude and team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a tailored, one-on-one luxury shopping experience to each client.
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through clienteling and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products, designers, and current fashion trends.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and stock organization.
• Handle after-sales service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Uphold the image and values of Fashion Clinic at all times.
