Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to request infra construction/support.
• Experience in Continuous Delivery context.

Responsabilidades

• Managing incidents and ensuring optimal resolution within SLAs.
• Monitoring application status and server resources.
• Tracking incoming requests on the ticketing system.
