Sysmatch is seeking a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Systems Administrator for Lisbon. You will administ­er RHEL servers (stand-alone and clustered) and automate operations with Ansible Tower/AWX.

You will manage provisioning, patching, security hardening, and identity services while collaborating with network and security teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Linux admin experience, strong RHEL production exposure, and expertise in VMware and high-availability environments.

• Practical experience with Ansible automation in infrastructure operations.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers in stand-alone and clustered environments.
• Automate infrastructure operations using Ansible Tower, AWX, Ansible Playbooks and scripting.
• Manage server lifecycle activities including provisioning, changes, decommissioning and documentation.
• Support Red Hat IDM, OpenLDAP and related identity services.
• Operate Linux high-availability clusters and VMware environments.
