Consort Group in Porto is seeking a Java Tech Lead to drive backend development, architecture and API data exposure. You will lead a technical team, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust Java 21 and Spring-based systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, technical leadership, and strong collaboration in a hybrid Porto setup. English fluency is required, French knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience with Java and Spring-based applications.
• Experience taking technical ownership and guiding other developers.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with data governance or data management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and development of the backend application.
• Define and challenge backend architecture for security, scalability and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Ensure Java 21, Spring Framework usage and API data exposure.
• Support CI/CD, microservices, unit testing and versioning practices.
