Want More is seeking a Senior JAVA Developer to join our Porto team. You will design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using Java 8+ and modern frameworks.

The role involves mentoring juniors and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features and high-quality code. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of JAVA experience, with REST/microservices and Spring/Hibernate proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and its core libraries (e.g. Collections, Concurrency)
• Experience with Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate
• Experience with web services (RESTful APIs) and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
