The role requires a CS/SE degree, 8+ years in Java, hands-on Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, SE, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development with Java.
• Experience in technical leadership and architecture design.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, enterprise development.
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Code reviews and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
