Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure software solutions within complex healthcare environments. You will strengthen architectural mindset and grow towards a Software Architect role.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience, plus proficiency in REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux. Strong collaboration with architects and stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot ecosystem, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with React development (preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and Tomcat.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve scalable application architectures.
• Define solution designs and integration approaches.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with architects and senior technical leaders.
