Expleo, a global engineering and consulting provider, is seeking a Software Architect/Technical Lead to drive the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features. You will own IAM/SSO strategy, define React.js standards, and lead architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong Full Stack Java and React.js expertise, deep IAM knowledge, and proven leadership in mentoring engineers and shaping technical roadmaps.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to design and implement full stack features using Java and React.js.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, SSO, Okta, and OIDC.
• Strong track record in software architecture decisions and technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of full stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
• Own IAM/SSO strategy including Okta and OIDC design.
• Define frontend standards for React.js including authentication patterns and state management.
• Drive technical discussions with architects and stakeholders.
• Produce Architecture Decision Records and long-term roadmaps.
• Resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
• Lead code reviews and promote automated quality checks (SonarQube, Snyk).
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
