Expleo Group in Lisbon seeks a senior software architect to lead full stack development across EXPOSE and SEARCH, shaping architecture and coding standards. You will own IAM/SSO strategy, Okta design, OIDC flows, and access control.

You will mentor engineers, drive performance, security, and scalability improvements, produce ADRs, and contribute to long-term roadmaps, collaborating with international teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in Full Stack development with Java and React.js.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, SSO, Okta and OIDC.
• Experience in software architecture and making technical decisions.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
• Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control.
• Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
• Drive technical discussions with architects.
• Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor junior and mid level engineers.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.
