Job summary

Noesis in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned Java/J2EE developer to join our distributed systems team. You will develop new requirements and projects, perform functional analysis and produce documentation, and help analyze and resolve defects.

Required: degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of professional experience with Java/J2EE, SQL, and modern frameworks like SpringBoot. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in JAVA and J2EE development.
• Solid knowledge of SQL (MariaDB or similar), JBOSS, SpringBoot and Maven.
• Experience with JMS, Pulsar, AMQ, JAXB and JPA.
• Knowledge of development and continuous integration tools (IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, Tofu), Angular, distributed systems and high availability will be valued.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
