About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Java Developer to join a strategic technology initiative focused on building next-generation digital solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong backend engineering background, experience with cloud-native architectures, and a genuine interest in emerging technologies. You will contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems while working alongside multidisciplinary teams in an innovative and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using modern Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and evolve cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Participate in the design of scalable, resilient, and high-availability systems.
• Develop and integrate high-performance APIs and distributed systems.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
• Ensure software quality through clean code principles, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, security, observability, and reliability.
• Explore and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using modern Java versions
• Solid experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience developing REST APIs and distributed systems
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and Git
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of blockchain or distributed ledger technologies
