MoOngy is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join its international team on large-scale data integration projects. You will design and develop robust Java-based solutions, optimize ETL workflows, and contribute to modern CI/CD and containerized deployments in a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires 5+ years of Java development experience, strong skills in Java 8+, Spring Boot, SQL, Angular, GitLab and Kubernetes, and professional English proficiency (C1).

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join an international team working on large-scale data integration and transformation projects within a complex enterprise environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust Java-based solutions, building and optimizing ETL workflows, improving data processing performance, and contributing to modern CI/CD and containerized deployment environments.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, SQL, Angular, GitLab and Kubernetes
• Hands‑on experience designing and developing ETL workflows
• Experience optimizing data flows, transformations, and complex processing workflows
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English (C1)

Nice to Have

Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

Spark, Liquibase, Kafka, ArgoCD, Vault, JFrog, Dynatrace, Kibana, and other DevOps‑related tools.

Previous experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is considered a strong plus.
