Consort is seeking a Backend Senior Java Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems in a distributed risk and data processing platform. You will work in Agile squads to advance modern architectures and high-throughput services.

Responsibilities include implementing secure, high-quality code, integrating distributed technologies, and supporting CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development within demanding enterprise environments.
• Passionate about software engineering, distributed systems, and delivering high-quality solutions in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop robust backend applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable and maintainable architectures aligned with best practices.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through reviews.
• Support production environments and participate in deployment, testing, and incident response.
